I have the podcast describing the sales technique of “linux personas” (before the site mysteriously disappeared) and am happy to share. I would add that the content is fairly benign (IMHO) and nothing surprised me about it, and I didn’t hear anything that I wouldn’t have expected from a company in “competition” mode. In fact, it borders on naive. That said, it does give you a flavour of the Redmond pitch.
