I contacted a lawyer a couple of years back (because of the libel and smear campaign), but watching the costs involved I decided to put it on the ice. You should be able to win easily. Just having the suit filed would scare him shitless. You don't even need a lawyer. But you would make him have to hire one or potentially lose.
