In Europe is for everything from digital music players to cell phones to everything that might contain an HDD or SDD. To "protect" the fascist "content industry" everyone is treated as a criminal and force to pay a tax to them. But the problem is not groups like RIAA. The problem are musicians (and others artists) themselves. They let this fascists speak for them, treat their fans and customers like that. You associate with the devil, you pay. Don't buy anything from them. That is, you're already labeled, "Pirate" even if you do not record any copyrighted music on the blank cd. So why is it legal for the RIAA to double dip by going after file sharers, also knowing that the artists do not even see any of the moneys awarded by the courts BTW; The price of a blank cd or dvd are basically the same. This is at the RIAA entry.
