Its the first time Ive properly watched Ballmer in action (both in sound and video) and he comes across as a (very bad) used car salesman. He interrupts, he changes the question, he is very animated, all of which serve as a good distraction to the real issues at hand. Talking of hand movements, near the end of the clip, I believe you see Ballmer make a slip, watch the way he rubs his fingers together in a way that implies “give us your cash” (3:47 – 3:53)
Could Ballmer have forgotten he was on camera? or is this some type of hypnosis that MS is trying to develop?

The power of suggestion has got to have a better change of selling an MS product than actual fact.
