I’ve heard about the PJ stalking MOG incident but didn’t know BB was that close. How can you defend stalking? Haven’t read sys-con for a while; guess I won’t have to.

No, I don’t; but as I keep adding sources to a collection of tech blogs, it seems the majority of them make excuses, and/or say MS’s changed and now it embraces FOSS (I see the 3E coming), they forget, you can’t change the nature of the beast and forget past actions. There’s still the patent threat, and the purchase of numerous patents by Intellectual Vultures and Gates with his fake charity foundation.

It becoming clearer each day that pseudo proponents of FOSS are gaining traction trying to endear themselves with the convicted monopolist, thereby, showing the underlying intent to excuse unethical, criminal behavior as normal business conduct.
