Gemini version available ♊︎At Microsoft, “Fear Uncertainty Doubt (TALKING POINTS)” is Formal Strategy
Buried in this previous post, which contained an antitrust exhibits [PDF]
as text, the following diagram from Microsoft (“HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL”) was seen:
Click on the figure for a large-sized version of it. What’s that thing at the top-left? Is that related to the AstroTurfing which we’ve exposed recently [1, 2, 3]? This is material that circulates around Steve Ballmer and other seniors. █

It’s interesting how the focus here is so consistent with and reinforcing of a path of monopolization (“never lose”). One might think that perhaps this is hyperbole or that it is an oversimplification and addressed to a small aggressive task force within Microsoft. One might be tempted to think that ethics would have been factored in there somewhere (instead of possibly factored out as suggested by the FUD box). One might think that no one is taking “never lose” seriously… but we have seen the result of Microsoft’s march, principally through the software industry, and then through the various courtrooms or government offices.
Never lose!

C’mon now Roy, you didn’t “expose” anything. James Plamodon (or someone claiming to be him) posted a comment on your blog, which you didn’t even reply to, pointing you to his blog, and then used what he wrote on there to write up another “expose” with his articles and your recycled “evidence”.
Why do you insist on over-hyping everything you do?
Note: writer of this comment adds absolutely nothing but stalking and personal attacks against readers, as documented here.
