I see my love for nature and my love for beautiful, efficient code as rooted in a similar ethic of care for the Earth that we find ourselves on.  Both are ways of serving Hashem.  (&quot;Hashem&quot; is a way we Jews say God without violating the mitzvot of the Torah.)</description>
