		<description>It&#039;s likely that much of the &#039;earnings&#039; at M$ since 1999 could have come from stock emissions and trading company stock and other investments, more than from Windows and Office.  

It would only be necessary if that trading is no longer profitable.   We all know where the company is going.   With that in mind, who&#039;s a big enough chump nowadays to buy MS stock?   What the sale of debt looks like is a venture into the junk bond business.  

The ringleaders have already hired in expert book cookers:
