It would be understand if Ubuntu had multiple languages support like Fedora 12 Gnome LiveCD iteration (that was the reason why Gimp had to be removed but can be easily installed until LiveCD is rebooted or using USB version). As for Gimp, there is a plugin called Separate+ that allows to convert RGB to CMYK.
