Battistelli’s Preparation for a Propaganda Session That Excludes EPO Staff Representation

Posted in Deception, Europe, Patents at 6:31 am by Dr. Roy Schestowitz

One must not interfere with the brainwash (a so-called 'conference') that targets Administrative Council delegates (read-only/watch-only)

EPO brainwash session
Larger (more legible) version

Summary: Another new wave of EPO propaganda is upon us, and it helps keep the world silent while EPO management drives people to suicide, breaks legitimate unions, and flagrantly disregards all sorts of laws in pursuit of quick cash (at the expense of Europe)

THE EPO‘s management is a house of cards. It’s a house of cards because the harder it tries to cover up its many abuses, the more it pisses off the staff and the more stakeholders worry. What has the EPO become if not something an order of magnitude worse than FIFA and Volkswagen (Dieselgate)? Battistelli is now fighting a battle against truth itself, combating truth-tellers as though they’re Nazis and criminals (whom he habitually compares them to).

“Battistelli is now fighting a battle against truth itself, combating truth-tellers as though they’re Nazis and criminals (whom he habitually compares them to).”A few months ago a Spanish staff representative gave a spoken/oral testimony to the Administrative Council delegates. Battistelli probably doesn’t want to risk that happening again, so watch the preparations above (published earlier today). Well, it’s on the Intranet, so everyone would have seen it. There’s no need for comment, is there? SUEPO, the EPO’s only real staff union (about half of all EPO staff are SUEPO members), has already complained about being excluded.

The media has certainly been paralysed by now, so we don’t expect it to cover this story about brainwashing the delegates. It will just watch idly (if at all) while Battistelli and his liars for hire (commissioned bogus ‘studies’) lie to the whole world. Why is the Administrative Council consenting to this horrible exercise in propaganda? Why are people who complain about it (in advance) totally ignored?

“We’re dealing with quite a monster here and it’s politically-connected, immune from the law, and highly abusive at so many levels.”The material upon which the propaganda will be based was published late on a Friday. It was only published internally. The target audience is certainly the converted (to which there’s no need to preach), so in essence they wasted a lot of money paying some dodgy firms to say what they wish to hear, under the pretense of ‘independent’ assessment/audit. Will the Chairman of the Administrative Council be a “yes man” in this meeting? We would be surprised if it didn’t turn out to be the case.

As we said last night, calling the EPO “rotten” is an understatement. We’re dealing with quite a monster here and it’s politically-connected, immune from the law, and highly abusive at so many levels. Who or what can ever stop this beast?

  3. By 2022 0% of 'News' Coverage About Patents Will Be Actual Journalism (Patent Litigation Sector Has Hijacked the World Wide Web to Disseminate Self-Promotional Misinformation)

Finding news about the EPO is almost impossible because today’s so-called ‘news’ sites are in the pockets of Benoît Battistelli, António Campinos, and their cohorts who turned the EPO into a hub of litigation, not science; this is part of an international (worldwide) problem because financial resources for journalism have run out, and so the vacuum is filled/replaced almost entirely by Public Relations (PR) and marketing

  4. Trying to Appease Those Who Never Liked Free Software or Those Who Blindly Loved All Patent Monopolies to Begin With

It’s crystal clear that trying to appease everyone, all the time, is impossible; in the case of the EPO, for example, we hope that exposing Team Battistelli/Campinos helps raise awareness of the harms of patent maximalism, and when speaking about Free software — whilst occasionally bashing the alternatives (proprietary) — we hope to convince more people to join the “Good Fight”

  10. Amid Reports of Microsoft's Competition Crimes in Europe...

European companies are complaining, but they seem to overlook the principal aspect of an imperialistic system with bottomless pockets (almost 30 trillion dollars in debt already; US national debt soared again last month); Microsoft is shielded by a political system with military (“defence”) as bailout budget to help cushion international expansion for data grab and technical leverage, as we've seen in the case of EPO (this is all political, not technical, and should thus be treated as a political/corruption issue)
