Team UPC’s Tilmann Defends Rogue Vote at 1 AM in the Morning With Just 5% of Politicians (Those With Vested Interests) Attending

Posted in Deception, Europe, GNOME, Patents at 6:58 am by Dr. Roy Schestowitz

What sort of intellectually dishonest person would attempt to defend political corruption followed by cover-up (names of who voted)

Constructive vote of no confidence
Reference: Constructive vote of no confidence

Summary: Just when German democracy is being stolen by a legislative coup (in the dead of night when 95% of politicians are absent/asleep) there’s someone ‘courageous’ enough to rear his ugly head and attempt to justify that coup

A WAVE of autocracy sweeps across Europe, including some elements inside the Bundestag.

Team UPC is just about as crooked and dishonest as the EPO. We have not heard of Tilmann in a long while (he was still very active last year), but moments ago a UPC booster, Thomas Adam‏ (his Twitter handle is dedicated purely to UPC, it’s “UPCtracker”), wrote this: “Tilmann in GRURInt 2017, 1177 quite sceptical about merits of Constitutional complaint, submits in summary: Constitutional complaint cited a “qualified breach” of German Constitution leading to a change of the constitutional identity in order to gain momentum. (cont‘d) [] Such change of constitutional identity Bundestag could not even decide by a 2/3 majority (Art. 79(3) GG). He compares the UPC project to a rationalisation measure “comparable to the merger of the patent district courts of Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein”. [] UPC merely centralized tasks decided based on identical subject-matter, facts&law by national courts. ProfT argues this “demonstrates the disproportionate nature of the attack on a project that does not even touch the constitutional identity of the German Constitution from afar”. [] Rather, UPC, in the words of the ECJ and recitals 24 & 25 of the UPC regulation, was of fundamental importance for ensuring the proper functioning of the Unitary Patent, consistent case law and, consequently, legal certainty and cost-effectiveness for patent holders. (end)”

“It’s showing that Tilmann publicly but quietly mocks the rule of law in Germany, just like the EPO does… he tactlessly attempts to justify what happened at 1:30 at night…”Some other hardcore members of Team UPC have embarrassed themselves by writing about it in blog posts, only to be harshly criticised in comments. Tilmann has instead chosen to quietly speak to the courts (deadline is end of this month). This is truly laughable because to attempt to defend the UPC on this basis is to mock democracy itself. Thanks to Thomas Adam, we now know what Tilmann has been up to. It’s showing that Tilmann publicly but quietly mocks the rule of law in Germany, just like the EPO does… he tactlessly attempts to justify what happened at 1:30 at night (or morning, as it’s defined as morning by some). Everyone was asleep. This was the plan.

“The President of the Boards of Appeal has a connection to the UPC, as we noted a year ago when he was appointed.”Another German, Thorsten Bausch, has been rather shocked to see all this. He is rightly concerned that in the name of self interest German law is being ripped apart. Among the latest comments in his blog we see Paul Tauchner, who wrote: “It seems that this affair is a prime example of the way determined dictators in various countries have in the past increased their power, with the rather despicable complicity between control organs (the IC) acting either indifferently or even with incompetence and the leaving President. We may now indeed expect more scandals to become public as it recently happened (in a different context though) with the growing “Me Too Campaign”. Let us hope this will bring satisfaction to those who have suffered from injustice.”

And another person wrote: “Good to hear that at least the President of the Boards of Appeal takes proper account of ILO decisions. A great pity Battistelli has been able to manipulate the Administrative Council so effectively over the years. Let’s hope the Admin Council takes note of the criticisms in the judgments of the ILO.”

The President of the Boards of Appeal has a connection to the UPC, as we noted a year ago when he was appointed. But unlike Tilmann he has not (so far) made a mockery of simple rules. In fact, he appears to be the only person who opened his door to Judge Corcoran.

What Else is New

  1. Linked In to Pedophilia

As the above articles show (one published a couple of days ago), the 'Web of Lies' and the incredible deceit/cover-up run deep and we still lack answers from those who enabled what Salon has just said involved "trafficking five or six girls a day."

  2. Whistleblower Aid Already Showed Cover-up of Bill Gates 'Contributions' to MIT

The Goodwin Procter report which failed to actually investigate whether Gates and Epstein jointly directed payments to MIT (the latter was already dead) can be understood differently in light of the above leak, which was published earlier this year

  4. Proof (Archived Original Letter): Bill Gates Lied to the New Yorker, BBC and Others About Connection of MIT Money to Mr. Jeffrey Epstein and Their Close Relationship

As the article (“The anatomy of Bill Gates’ Jeffrey Epstein-facilitated MIT donations”) put it at the time (just 2 days before Dr. Stallman received all the heat at MIT), “Secrecy in the funding of academic programs is highly problematic, as University of Virginia professor Siva Vaidhyanathan explains in a long Twitter thread. “Companies and the billionaires who run them are always bending research agendas (and sometimes even results) to their interests,” he writes. “Anonymity would prevent any examination or accountability.”” But there are more high-level Microsoft links to Mr. Epstein; “Hoffman invited both former MIT Media Lab director Joi Ito and Epstein to an August 2015 dinner in Palo Alto with Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg and Peter Thiel. He tells Axios that he invited Epstein at Ito’s behest, and only because Ito vouched for the convicted criminal, saying that he had successfully cleared MIT’s vetting process.” In 2016 the article “Bill Gates talked to Reid Hoffman about being on Microsoft’s board of directors” was published. “Furthermore,” it notes, “Gates and Hoffman have a lot in common: They both hold board seats and advisory roles, and no other formal status or day-to-day obligations, at the tech companies they founded.”

  5. All This Happened While Bill Gates' Engineer Was on Trial for Amassing Child Pornography

While MIT relies on the word of someone who repeatedly lied about his relationship with Mr. Epstein (refuted even by MIT itself), the record shows what happened just when Bill Gates’ own engineer faced conviction for pedophilia (the media diverted attention to Dr. Stallman just days after the above E-mails came to light)

  8. Release: Bill Gates' Engineer Busted for More Child Pornography Than Reported in the Media

Based on our analysis, which was repeated carefully twice, the sum of recognised hashes turns out to be about 7,500 (7,430 objects), which is more than was reported in the media after the arrest of Rick Allen Jones at Bill Gates' mansion

  11. Even the Mainstream/Corporate Media is Trying to Study Why (or If) Bill Gates and Epstein's Sex Abuse Ring Were Closely Connected

People in the media are eager to understand why Mr. Gates was so close to Mr. Epstein and even flew his plane (despite having several of his own)

  12. The Incredible Demise of News Sites About Patents

Sites for (and by) patent lawyers/attorneys seem to be perishing, which means it's hard to know what's going on

  19. I Would Have Supported the Coup (Under Very Different Circumstances)

Richard Stallman's (rms) ordeals are showing us how not to deal with a founder; this is how power transition could be done instead, according to figosdev

  20. It Looks Like Red Hat's (IBM) Fedora Project May be 'Outsourced' to Amazon's Datacentres

In "seeking a more modern and cost effective location" for Fedora Infrastructure it seems to have been decided, privately, that Amazon (AWS) would be the new home of this project; but there's sufficient obfuscation surrounding the matter and many people seem to be totally unaware

  22. Fearmongering Was Originally an IBM Thing, Not a Microsoft Thing

Microsoft made FUD famous, but it was actually IBM’s practice that made it commonplace in the first place (the term or acronym was coined before Microsoft even mattered and on the same year Microsoft was founded)

  23. [Meme] People Get Fired for Being Bought by IBM (With a Crummy Severance Package)

IBM used to proudly provide job security and one could have a job there for decades (career ladders and worker benefits of all sorts are what some people assess this when looking for an employer, e.g. whether they can progress, get promoted, stay onboard); by today’s standards only a month’s salary is exceptionally bad, especially when one gets fired without warning, but this is what IBM did to some Red Hat employees

  24. New FSF Video Makes the Case Against Microsoft GitHub (and Similar), So Why is the FSF's Board Being Filled Up With Active GitHub Users?

The FSF makes a good point about “important values like autonomy, sharing, social responsibility, and collaboration” — the very things that are under attack by Microsoft’s GitHub, which is all about coercion and monopolistic control over developers

  25. Techrights is Not Against Microsoft

It may be a suitable time to explain why Microsoft is mentioned so much and why it's not a fixation but a reactionary priority

  28. [Meme/History] OpenPOWER or Just White POWER?

Antiwar and anti-nukes activists cannot support those causes and support IBM at the same time, as the founder’s son (father received a medal from the Nazi Party) flew “an American heavy bomber” and enjoyed a track record of nepotism, propelling him to the top both in the military and at IBM

  29. Rebuilding Communities

"First, we should talk about how our communities have regressed."

  30. [Meme] Microsoft in 2020: Liaising With Criminals to Make Crime the New Normal
