The above tweet of a beach was posted on the date of the arrest/search of their employee, who was at their residence at the time. This tweet was posted 2 hours and 40 minutes after the door was breached and incriminating evidence collected.
Summary: Based on the police report, the engineer of Bill Gates (working at his home) was not only viewing and sharing child pornography; in his bedroom he had a “photo envelope that contained photographs and negatives of young boys on a beach,” based on the police report, inside an Express Stop envelope
THIS MORNING we said we had received the first installment of many (at least a dozen) from correspondents/respondents. They’re engaged in a long-running FOIA request, placed with Seattle’s PD, which dates back one day before 'cancellation' of Richard Stallman was initiated in the corporate press (shortly after Bill Gates connections to a known and high-profile pedophile became very apparent). There is some context here for the uninitiated. This is no laughing matter and definitely not “conspiracy theory” (all the evidence is right there). Having received many files and spent the day reviewing them all, I am feeling a bit disturbed (mentally), but I am eager to report. I will try to omit any sexually explicit language. The police reports are not heavily redacted; there are even addresses and phone numbers in them. They’re 100% consistent with what we’ve reported in Techrights (so far) and they add additional information.
“They’re 100% consistent with what we’ve reported in Techrights (so far) and they add additional information.”Based on the police report, Mr. Jones, who admits being a pedophile (since his teenage years), had been collecting child pornography since at least 2004. He also transmitted some. As an engineer and a Windows user he did adopt some security practices. He was likely hired by Bill and Melinda Gates when he was already a prolific pedophile and had collected/traded child porn for years. The timeline may help clarify the chronology of these things. The police gathered a great deal of evidence (almost a dozen computer-related items and tapes), as we shall note in a future part.
“Though the residence [of Jones] was unoccupied at the time of entry,” the police report said, “intelligence was obtained that Rick Jones (JONES) was likely at work; employed as an engineer at the private residence of Bill & Malinda [sic] Gates.”
The PD calls her “Malinda” (twice even). It’s a typo (not a very common name anyway), but some people on the Web refer to her as “Manlinda” and some have even manipulated her photographs to make her look like male (we won’t link to such garbage). Not exactly a mature thing to be doing, but those people might be getting a kick out of this typo.
“The police gathered a great deal of evidence (almost a dozen computer-related items and tapes), as we shall note in a future part.”“JONES views his CP [child pornography] collection 2-3 x weekly and masturbates to the files about 70% of the time; said it is fantasy only and he has never touched a child, nor would he.”
“I began a review of the 133 “Identified Child” files, of which four (4) were videos and the remaining 129 were pictures,” said one police officer in the report. “Based upon the pictures contained in this group, it would appear that the general age and sex preference of JONES is boys, from approximately the pre-teen to early teen years.”
“Only four (4) of the pictures appeared to depict female children,” it continued. “The youngest depicted children appear to be approximately 7-9 years of age and are described more particularly in the PC cert above.”
We won’t reproduce here any descriptions of the contents. It’s graphic enough to disturb readers.
“We won’t reproduce here any descriptions of the contents. It’s graphic enough to disturb readers.”“Also in item #9 was an Express Stop photo envelope that contained photographs and negatives of young boys on a beach (clothed; swimming suits),” it said. The handwritten notes indicate that item #9 is “Photos and CD” from his “Bedroom Closet”. 10 different items are enumerated and described as having been possessed as evidence by the police. “The subjects did not appear to know they were being photographed,” the report says. “The beach is likely in Mexico or some other spot in Central/South America.”
One can guess that he didn’t take such photos to document his journey but to masturbate to, based on the above descriptions (“JONES views his CP [child pornography] collection 2-3 x weekly and masturbates to the files about 70% of the time”). Jones was in his early fifties at the time. In the next part we’ll describe how this connects to the mansion of Bill and Melinda, where he goes to work very early each morning. Jones goes to work at the Gates residency at 5AM. Who starts work at 5AM anyway? It’s very dark at this time in Seattle, except maybe in May until July. █

From “blacklists” to “shitlists”? What better as an analogy that is visual if all colours can offend someone? Should #000
be redfined as white colour and #fff
as black colour (for conditional filter rules)? Is binary itself racist? Is RGB racist? Presence of photons is intuitively a positive condition. Where does this end? If somebody decrees that some term is offensive, does that automatically render all who disagree intolerant?
Summary: Computer analogies or metaphors are being removed because in some contexts they can be (mis)interpreted as referring to race or subjugation; the main issue is, as we've noted before, there’s ample room for language sanitation that may lead to confusion (terms being replaced and not changed retroactively)

“They’ll get sort of addicted, and then we’ll somehow figure out how to collect sometime in the next decade.”
–Bill Gates
Summary: The ethical aspects or the negative impacts of software deliberately designed to make users ‘addicted’ are rarely explored in the mainstream; that really ought to change and Richard Stallman has taken an interest in that
TWITTER can be addictive. Once you get accustomed to following some account, for as long as a decade, it’s hard to quit following. Up until recently there were still several Twitter accounts that I followed (over RSS): Snowden, FFII, EPO, Wikileaks and very few more. I wanted to know what they were up to (the acronym “FOMO” is used to described this phenomenon) and thought I’d be out of the loop — an important loop — without syndicating a bunch of ‘tweets’. People tend to be in denial about their addiction until after they’ve recovered from it.
In recent years we got a number of confessions about social control media giants (Facebook in particular) working to make their platforms “addictive”; executives admitted this and they turn to psychological techniques to achieve this. See for example:
Richard Stallman still says in the front page of his Web site, “send me examples of how proprietary programs have been designed to be addictive.”
Last year we posted links to a number of articles with examples in them. Twitter is among them (infinite scroll principles, adopted also by Facebook and nowadays Reddit). There’s an ethical element or aspect associated with addiction, especially chronic addictions that can lead to bankruptcy (like gambling), depression, various health issues, and social problems (like having no real friends, only virtual ‘friends’ or ‘in-game’ friends). People’s lives can be ruined also by Internet addiction, set aside addiction to computer games and social control media (or so-called ‘phones’). █

Posted in Deception, FUD, GNU/Linux, Microsoft at 7:21 am by Dr. Roy Schestowitz
Summary: People who believe that GNU/Linux just “won” and has no enemies left are clearly easy for Microsoft to indoctrinate or thoroughly deceive; at the moment the very trademark and identity of GNU/Linux is under attack
Techrights was born in 2006, shortly after Microsoft and Novell had signed a deal asserting that Microsoft somehow ‘controls’ or ‘owns’ GNU/Linux through unnamed software patents (which are likely invalid these days, partly because of 35 U.S.C. § 101, even if they’re not all expired just yet). 14 years down the line, as we noted again this morning, Microsoft continues to make that same assertion, albeit this time OSI, OIN, the Linux Foundation and various other groups are infiltrated if not bribed by Microsoft. So they don’t say a darn thing about it.
“Well, even teenagers (at present) can recall and may be old enough to remember what Microsoft did to Nokia after Nokia had become the third-biggest Linux contributor, working on GNU/Linux platforms such as Maemo.”Back in 2008 ZDNet said that “Microsoft Ha[d] Turned Into the Biggest Patent Troll in the World”; but nowadays with new management and new paymasters ZDNet tells us that Microsoft “loves Linux” and all sorts of other (laughable) lies, portraying Microsoft as some kind of charity.
Well, even teenagers (at present) can recall and may be old enough to remember what Microsoft did to Nokia after Nokia had become the third-biggest Linux contributor, working on GNU/Linux platforms such as Maemo. The goal was to undermine and completely derail what Elop later called “burning platforms” (because his real masters, Ballmer and Gates, told him to burn those).
Microsoft’s war on Linux and on GNU carries on; right now it reaches an incarnation of being disguised as “love”, with a new and very lousy CEO that claims “love” for Linux (while pulling E.E.E. tactics against it, not to mention patent lawsuits).
“Later came the patent blackmail and nowadays Microsoft is hijacking the word “Linux” (to promote Windows) while collecting “patent royalties” from it and buying its pertinent projects/packages through GitHub. This was the biggest digital landgrab of the century.”I’m old enough to remember what Microsoft did in the 1990s. The media hype already referred to GNU as just “Linux” and any time it received press coverage the emphasis was on some Finnish dude rather than hard-working bearded dudes, who had already spent over a decade developing what is now the world’s most widely used operating system. The bias was clear and the bias was intentional. They didn’t like the political views of GNU hackers (who referred to themselves as “hackers” even when the press already distorted that word, conflating it with “crackers”). That was an obvious pattern of FUD, designed to prop up a debate around what was later coined and promoted as “Open Source” (to distract people from ‘pesky’ ethical issues, including what was associated with liberty and freedom). In the years that followed, back when I started GNU/Linux advocacy — which I did tirelessly — the pattern of FUD shifted to belittling and ridiculing GNU/Linux as insignificant, even though it had already made major gains in servers (that was before Android and the widespread adoption of mobile devices). After Android became ever so dominant and GNU/Linux became the de facto standard for servers we saw trolls from Microsoft vilifying and slandering it based on subjective double-standards. Later came the patent blackmail and nowadays Microsoft is hijacking the word “Linux” (to promote Windows) while collecting “patent royalties” from it and buying its pertinent projects/packages through GitHub. This was the biggest digital landgrab of the century.
“Right now, in 2020, the war on GNU/Linux may in fact be at its very height. Don’t let words like “love” cloud our collective judgment.”Corrupt officials from the Linux Foundation (many of whom came from Microsoft or still work for Microsoft) tell us that this is OK. “Linux won,” they’d tell us, while outsourcing just about everything to Microsoft and while choosing software licences that Microsoft favours.
Right now, in 2020, the war on GNU/Linux may in fact be at its very height. Don’t let words like “love” cloud our collective judgment. When you’re in the lead people try to take you down, so stay vigilant. Microsoft did not change; only the strategy and the rhetoric changed somewhat, out of self-serving convenience. █

Quote source (the metaphor was popular inside Microsoft [1, 2], in the context of GNU/Linux too)
“A lot of people make that analogy that competing with Bill Gates is like playing hardball. I’d say it’s more like a knife fight.”
–Gary Clow, famous Microsoft victim

..nor needed.
Summary: The Linux Foundation loves millions of dollars from Microsoft (to accept the lie that “Microsoft loves Linux”); but people who actually use GNU/Linux aren’t into it

Posted in Bill Gates, Deception, Free/Libre Software at 5:25 am by Dr. Roy Schestowitz
Summary: The chain of events or the whole episode that some people in the Free software community have dubbed “Free software 9/11″ is worth revisiting because there are many elements in it that remain unaddressed and there are ongoing investigations based on newly-available information
READERS ought to remember that the campaign to oust Dr. Richard Stallman (first from MIT, then FSF; they tried GNU also) happened at a critical and meaningful time (a few days after 9/11, which is perhaps why some people call the event or the whole episode “Free software 9/11″). As we noted several times before, it happened not too long after media had picked up the scent of Gates connections to Epstein in relation to MIT — a connection confirmed by the very top officials/key people at MIT. The request for police records connected to arrest for pedophilia (Bill Gates’ employee at his home) was made one day before the media started attacking Richard Stallman. We aren’t saying it’s ‘proof’ of a cover-up or diversion attempt; but it’s a possibility. No doubt as soon as the media made the MIT scandals all about Stallman nobody really paid attention to Gates anymore. Only a month or so later when the New York Times published this piece entitled “Bill Gates Met With Jeffrey Epstein Many Times, Despite His Past” the former (and original) subject came back to life. But it was published on a weekend, lowering the impact at the time. Days before the media campaign to oust Stallman I had warned him (by E-mail) that there was an attempt brewing to apparently shift focus from a Gates scandal… to him. He sort of belittled my warning but acknowledged that Gates had more connections and power (over the media) than him.
“No doubt as soon as the media made the MIT scandals all about Stallman nobody really paid attention to Gates anymore.”The subject keeps coming up again and again in Techrights; the ‘book’ — so to speak — isn’t closed. In fact, we’re now speaking to someone who may be writing a book on this subject. With the police becoming more cooperative there may be a lot of new material to cover. There’s also a UPC book on the way; we were invited to compose parts of it. If something materialises, we’ll publish an update. █

In 2020 alone our articles on this topic have received millions of views
Summary: The Gates Foundation-connected arrest (staff working at the home of Bill and Melinda Gates) is being explored for further information, including context and background
THE last update on this matter was published around the time lock-downs came to the US and the UK. We’re very pleased to say that progress is resumed after many additional requests have been made, compelling the Seattle PD to gradually comply, even if there are redactions and the whole lot is split into many installments. We hope to have some reporting on the contents (sans redacted parts) some time soon. For those who are new to all this, here’s an index of articles filed reverse-chronologically. █

Microsoft is still attacking Linux whilst also taking control of the Linux Foundation (nothing funny about it, except maybe a meme or two)
Summary: Microsoft is still a patent blackmail operation; but as long as it’s bribing OSI, Linux Foundation and others don’t expect them to even talk about it… (Microsoft “loves Linux” as long as all the major OEMs and server hosts — Amazon included — essentially pay Microsoft for GNU/Linux as if Microsoft ‘owns’ it)
