Summary: Microsoft's notorious government contracts which consciously enable crimes against humanity (e.g. at ICE) make a lot of sense; it was all along about sucking up to the regime and appeasing the dictator, in exchange for manipulated tenders to bail out Azure (which has layoffs and financial losses)
