Privacy should not be a luxury
As privacy for a normal (ordinary) person decreases, argued Edwards Snowden, it increases for others (it’s not loss of privacy but a shift of who gets it whilst enjoying no accountability)

A user either controls the program, or the program controls the user
Such is the real balance in computing
Not a choice of brands
Not a selection of a listening device to suit one’s self-image or lifestyle
