Summary: San Marino has moved on from one diarchy (Roman Emperor and the Pope) to another diarchy (Benoît Battistelli and Jesper Kongstad) and now it's yet another diarchy (António Campinos and Stalin as EPO rubber-stamper), partly because of a former EPO examiner (nearly 2 decades) who wished to advance his career in the private sector and then became a rubber-stamper of Battistelli, in effect crushing former colleagues

THE above video is split into two due to technical issues; it deals with Part 30, which may be followed by a bit of a break (before embarking on parts 31-35).

As already alluded to in the latest meme ("Bilateral Battistelli"), nations can be easily bribed -- and the smaller the nations, the cheaper the bribe -- in order to get unlawful proposals rubber-stamped. This is a severe problem, which is further exacerbated by small nations with hardly any European Patents (sometimes zero). It's quite revealing that the German government prefers to look away, pretending not to see the gross abuse. The same can be said about mainstream media in Germany. One might be inclined to interpret that as an endorsement of the corruption or acceptance of crime.

"It's quite revealing that the German government prefers to look away, pretending not to see the gross abuse."Either way, some nations did not vote in favour of the illegal "Strike Regulation", so the series will end on a more positive note. We've meanwhile republished this paper which covers some of the points raised in the videos. There seems to be absolutely no oversight at the EPO. Even tribunals have been reduced to theatrics. What's left of the so-called 'media' (JUVE, Managing IP etc. as of a few days ago regarding the decision on co-called 'ViCo') plays along with the theatrics because such media is funded (compromised) by those looking to financially gain from endless expansion of the EPO's authority and patent scope.
