Bastien is the free software officer for the French public administration. He has been involved with, among other things, One Laptop Per Child and Wikimedia France. This talk is about Bastien's own history and motivations as a free software hacktivist, and what progressively led him to dedicate more time and energy to support free software in the public sector, as well as provide a few practical tips on how everyone may do so in everyday life."
