THE Web site of the EPO pretends that all is well, but under the surface there are fuming patent examiners and administration staff. The chiefs at the EPO, who are basically friends of Benoît Battistelli and António Campinos (nepotism all the way up!), are promoting illegal and unconstitutional courts while granting European software patents by pressurising examiners.
