Summary: Residing in one of the world's most expensive office spaces we have hundreds of people and dozens of millionaires who made a living by misappropriating the "Linux" brand -- promoted endlessly by millions of volunteers around the world for over 30 years (those promoters actually used Linux, they didn't just exploit the name)

THE Linux Foundation was the focus of a series that we started on Monday and finished earlier today. Here are the 10 parts of that series: (towards the end we focus on the contractors, which are also the focus of the video above)

  1. New Series: Inside the Real Linux Foundation
  2. What the 2022 Tax Filing (From 7 Months Ago, for Tax Year 2021) Teaches Us About the Linux Foundation
  3. The Real Linux Foundation - Part 3: How It Splits Into Subgroups, Including New Ones
  4. The Real Linux Foundation - Part 4: How the Foundation Makes Its Money
  5. The Real Linux Foundation - Part 5: The Annual Cost of the Office Has Jumped to Almost 8 Million Dollars for Just 261 Employees (About $30,000 Per Employee Per Year)
  6. The Real Linux Foundation - Part 6: Raising Money From Monopolies, Living Extravagant Lifestyles, Crushing Software Communities
  7. The Real Linux Foundation - Part 7: Giving Large Contracts to Former Staff (Yes, Corruption and Graft)
  8. The Real Linux Foundation - Part 8: Example of Outsourcing to Contractors (Likely Without Tender/Bidding)
  9. The Real Linux Foundation - Part 9: Use of Contractors Soared From 12 to 29 in Just Three Years, Value of Contracts Has Gone Up by a Lot
  10. The Real Linux Foundation - Part 10: An 'International' Collaboration Organisation (for 'International' Projects) Where 90% of the Money is Spent in the United States

We hope more people will recognise the Linux Foundation for what it really is rather that what it hopes people will think of it. The Linux Foundation is a front group for mostly proprietary companies and it is outsourcing projects primarily to Microsoft GitHub, which is also proprietary. The main purpose of the Linux Foundation is to enrich people who run the Linux Foundation, i.e. people don't use Linux (or barely use it). They only 'use' (misuse) Linux as a brand. ⬆
