Summary: With lobbying firms and litigation firms rushing to legitimise an illegal and unconstitutional 'court' system (kangaroo tribunals) in Spain and elsewhere (fake "events" and "conferences" that maliciously spread lies), it's becoming clearer to see who's responsible for this sabotage and we even see disclosure in some media (regarding the payments, i.e. bribes); The EPO is being assassinated by special interest groups, to whom experienced patent examiners with professional integrity are just an unwanted obstruction (standing in the way of endless monopolies) and there's almost nobody in the media left to talk about it
Our aim is to repair an injured system wherein "abuse of process" can be turned into a weapon, leveraged even by foreigners who are funded by affluent third parties
