Golly, I wonder why. That's gonna be an interesting affadavit, I think. Point out to him that I get to question him, and anyone else I can persuade the judge is relevant to his statement?and his manager will be a slam-dunk, as will whoever's responsible for HR for the union?under oath as well, if it's submitted as evidence.

There's absolutely no possibility of the latter, if you were inclined to bet that way. I'm probably one of the least suicide-prone people around: I can honestly say that I've never once given the notion a moment's serious entertainment. Who wants to miss the ending of the film? I can't even walk out of bad movies, and this has been a pretty good one, all in all.

I'd say the odds are very good in favor of SandAlFoan winding up incarcerated for a good while, which I guess would constitute being "bitch-slapped into oblivion", in some sense or other.
