the python file makes opml from the list

to explain in words, rrrr takes opml file and extracts strings from it, then building a tree

of links, wheras feedlist uses a flattened opml file (which beame just a list of strings)

filler or placeholders due to mistakes either in the CMS configuration or

techrights[sec]

design.
