schestowitz[TR2]why not just shutter all the buildings after laying off everyone except for Armonk and don't pay the the rent ? IBM can save a bundle by doing that. But it's a one time reduction in expenses only. WFH is the best answer - managers can just lay off employees via the Webex or on Slack, even thought it's kind of tacky.
