Difference is that H1B (as someone else stated) is for "specialty occupation" workers requiring a degree and subject to an annual cap, while an L1 is for intra-company transfers within a multinational company, with no cap and faster green card processing (more details here: https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/fi [05:17] schestowitz[TR2] les/document/presentations/Employment%20Visa%20Categories.pdf) [05:17] schestowitz[TR2] " [05:17] -TechBytesBot/#techbytes- ( status 404 @ https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/fi ) [05:59] *psydruid (~psydruid@jevhxkzmtrbww.irc) has left #techbytes ● Jan 03 [06:04] *psydruid (~psydruid@jevhxkzmtrbww.irc) has joined #techbytes ● Jan 03 [09:02] *jacobk has quit (Ping timeout: 2m30s) [09:04] *jacobk (~quassel@syp65ggum2ibk.irc) has joined #techbytes [09:36] schestowitz[TR2] "Integrate? Whilst commit numbers aren't a perfect measure of anything whatsoever, they do still provide a good indication of whether a project is healthy or faltering. It's useful to keep an eye on them, and the start of the year is a good time to do that.
