[03:26] schestowitz xxxxxxxxxxx> So mine have "gone missing". Because I'm not going to have someone open a closet that's hanging open and decide what they want out of my apartment. [03:26] schestowitz xxxxxxxxxxx> This place is becoming intolerable. [03:26] schestowitz xxxxxxxxxxx> I messaged the landlord politely and notified him of the situation and that I temporarily took action to secure only our key until he could retrieve it. And asked him to please make sure the keys are locked away when he or his designated agents are gone. [03:26] schestowitz xxxxxxxxxxx> I want Mark back. I like Mark. [03:26] schestowitz xxxxxxxxxxx> I may email Mark when our lease is closer to expiring and see what he has coming up. [03:26] schestowitz xxxxxxxxxxx> Remind him that we always paid and were nice and the most we ever asked him for was to unclog a drain every couple of years. [03:26] schestowitz xxxxxxxxxxx> This new guy is something else, man. [03:26] schestowitz xxxxxxxxxxx> Something else. [03:26] schestowitz xxxxxxxxxxx> You should see what the hallway looks like right now. [03:26] schestowitz xxxxxxxxxxx> It looks like the world's crappiest plumber went burrowing into the floor and filled it up qith Quikrete and then walked off and left my apartment keys in an open closet. [03:26] schestowitz xxxxxxxxxxx> Easy peasy for the $100 bonus for Ally Invest. [03:26] schestowitz xxxxxxxxxxx> You don't have to invest in anything risky, or much money for that matter. [03:26] schestowitz xxxxxxxxxxx> Put $150 in treasury bond funds, they add $100, put that in treasuries, sell it a year later. [03:26] schestowitz xxxxxxxxxxx> It ties everything up for a year but there should be some earnings on it. [03:48] schestowitz The whole rub is they want you to get used to their platform and invest more. [03:48] schestowitz Lots of these investment platforms like SoFi will do something like Put in $100, they give you $50. [03:48] schestowitz So you can run around opening investment accounts and getting bonuses and doing the minimum amount. [03:48] schestowitz Then cash it all out when it's a long term trade with 0% Capital Gains. [03:48] schestowitz I've found like 8-9 different companies with a bonus match for new customers like this and you usually get at least half again the minimum amount you put in. [03:48] schestowitz Banks will approve you for a ridiculous amount of credit cards though. [03:48] schestowitz I think I have 18 now. [03:48] schestowitz You can keep old ones you don't use open easily. Just put $1 on your phone bill or something every so often on each one of them. [03:48] schestowitz Then they never close them. [03:48] schestowitz That's important because then you have older and older accounts and more and more total "open credit". ● Apr 04 [04:44] schestowitz
  • DIY ESP32 drone costs about $12 to make
    [04:44] schestowitz

The team at Circuit Digest has designed a low-cost DIY drone controlled by an ESP32 module, based on a custom PCB and off-the-shelf parts that costs around 1000 Rupees to make, or $12 at today’s exchange rate. The DIY ESP32 drone was designed as a low-cost alternative to more expensive DIY drones that typically cost close to $70. The result is a WiFi drone that fits in the palm and controlled over WiFi using a smartphone. Inter [04:44] schestowitz estingly it does not include any 3D printed parts as the PCB forms the chassis of the device.
