I was performing well, there was nothing I could have done in my last two roles to change the outcome. When layoffs come, nobody is safe. [06:02] schestowitz[TR2] I've heard "Your experience is amazing the team really liked you, but we went with someone else" a dozen times...more than that If I really think about it. [06:02] schestowitz[TR2] I've had connections tell me when they are hiring for a marketing role, they'd reach out, only to see they hired someone before I knew the role was even available.
