    Roses views are indeed insightful for applicants. I would however take issue with the use of the word boilerplate for a definition of a claim term in the description. An applicant is free to include in the description a definition for a claim term which departs from its ordinary meaning, but in doing so, the applicant sets out a rule, and should not be allowed to change the rule during [15:38] schestowitz[TR2] the game.
