[00:02] schestowitz Dear Jack Platten,
[00:02] schestowitz You need to send people to take meter readings a lot more often.
[00:02] schestowitz It seems like you have exploited the lockdowns to never restore proper service, only increase your prices by like 30-40% (while making services worse, probably to cut your own costs at our expense).
[00:02] schestowitz If this carries on, Jack, you too might be on the company's "chopping block".
[00:02] schestowitz So please relay my concerns upwards to your bosses. If I pay EXTRA* to secure the job of people who take meter readings, they should be dispatched regularly. Now a couple of times a year.
[00:02] schestowitz Do not send me emails nags trying to get me to do their job instead. I already pay extra for that not to happen**.
[00:02] schestowitz Regards,
[00:02] schestowitz Roy
[00:02] schestowitz ___
[00:02] schestowitz * The lower tariffs are only available if the job your company used to do (or NPower before the takeover) is outsourced to me.
[00:02] schestowitz ** Companies come and go. Companies that mistreat their clients go away faster.

[23:47] schestowitz Hi,
[23:47] schestowitz Your response fails to actually address the points I made in my previous message -- maybe it intentionally bypasses them.
[23:47] schestowitz Could you please consider responding to my message not like a lawyer but as a person?
[23:47] schestowitz Thanks in advance.

[23:53] schestowitz If that was 8 hours apart, considering the length of the post from Steve, this would be believable. Otherwise I call it a coincidence.
[23:53] schestowitz By the way, conflating the military with "Mossad" isn't helping, as Mossad is notorious even domestically. A better headline would speak of the military (like the body) rather than Mossad. It would pass "clickbait" smell test.
