    The patent monopoly in question was the result of a divisional application.

    In that blog post, I pointed out that although the patent monopoly had been revoked by the Munich LS of the UPC-CD in all UPC member states, an opposition was still pending before the EPO. The opposition procedure also involves an objection of partiality against a member of the OD.
