The Appeals opinions were unanimously positive in favour of staff. However, the Administration decided to disregard the ApC opinions rejecting the claims of the Appellants entirely. The first of these two cases concerning the contribution rates app [14:32] schestowitz[TR2] lied in 2018 is of paramount importance as it is the first time the impact of the new career system was accounted for in the calculation of the contribution rates. [14:32] schestowitz[TR2] Many of you, with the support of SUEPO, filed a complaint to the ILOAT. Now, considering the importance of what is at stake, SUEPO is preparing all the necessary documentation to enable all the NPS members recruited before Jan 2018 to intervene. According to the rules of the Tribunal, the intervention procedure enables the intervener, without filing a complaint, to benefit from the Tribunal's decision if it is favourable to the com [14:32] schestowitz[TR2] plainant. [14:32] schestowitz[TR2] SUEPO will send the required documentation only to the members that actively express interest in filing the request to intervene.
