Calculating incentive compensation at a global company involves thousands of sales plans, exceptions, territory changes, quota adjustments, multiple currencies, tax rules, approvals, audits, and regulatory requirements. It's one of the most complex financial systems a company operates.

Net net Power has gone from an 8 billion per year business to a 1.5- 2.0 billion business today. (Where did that power business go?
