@OP The rumor is they're doing massive PIPs to set up paper trails to get rid of people in September. They've done this sporadically throughout the year, for example PES had some layoffs in July where they PIPed people out of the blue then let them off the PIP a week later then RA'd them a week later.

My dad though never liked us growing up in Roxbury as he feared what his friends thought and

family thought as a middle class family living in the hood. He wanted us to buy a house in Medford but, then that meant my mom would have had to quit her job from the city and so would have my dad. Now to me, Roxbury never bothered me and I am happy I grew up in all black and half Latino community because it proved to me that not all African Americans nor are all latinos are gang bangers or bad people as they have been portrayed. was able to embrace new customs, explore different cultures, hang out with kids that were more accepting of me rather than those of my counterparts such as Irish Southie. Even my mom's family and father's family around upon us and never understood as to why my grandparents and us wanted to live in such a bad neighborhood. Today 2025 Roxbury is changing. It's more diverse, less crime, cleaner and I still have the same neighbors liv

ing on my block. Today the neighborhood is thriving and safer compared to when I grew up but it's still perceived as a bad area which is far from it. In the next decade or two I will be in my 60s. 90 Day Pip Ends Tuesday

I may have passed my PIP but I doubt it.

Met with manager at 2week interval and never again. We began focusing on the other PIP objectives ie, ensuring good customer interaction, presentations, etc.
