[22:08]	DaemonFC	First it complained bad gas cap. Okay, I replaced the gas cap. Then a few months later, it complained "major evap leak", and that turned out to be a rotting fuel pump gasket.
[22:09]	DaemonFC	So I had to have the gas tank drained and dropped and have a new gasket put in. While they were in there, the wiring to the fuel sender unit looked pretty bad and it was only a $9 part, so I had them replace that too.
[22:10]	DaemonFC	Then about a year goes by and it comes back telling me the car is taking too long to reach operating temperature, and it's a coolant temperature sensor.
[22:10]	DaemonFC	You burn more gas getting to the emissions station than the emissions from the fuel pump seal would have leaked in a year.
[22:11]	DaemonFC	It's just another thing the Democrats are doing to make car ownership horrible.
[22:11]	DaemonFC	They're causing traffic accidents too.
[22:12]	DaemonFC	If millions of people have to drive just 20 miles round trip to emissions test every two years, then that's more car accidents just getting to the smog station and back, so they're killing people in traffic with unnecessary driving.
[22:13]	DaemonFC	Then if your car fails emissions, you usually having to spend thousands of dollars that don't actually matter to how the car runs getting that fixed, which means when something safety-related needs fixed, you have no money because of the emissions crap.
[22:13]	DaemonFC	Which could even mean driving around on bad brakes, bald tires, and broken suspension parts.
[22:13]	DaemonFC	So there's more ACTUAL deaths.
[22:14]	DaemonFC	Then the Employment Prevention Agency sits down and pays someone to claim, with no evidence, that smog tests reduce this many asthma attacks and heart attacks, with no evidence, thus providing "benefits".

[22:15]	DaemonFC	So the emissions garbage drains your bank account, so you pop a tire, your car goes out of control, and you run over some hipster on the bike that voted for Democrats and bike lanes.
