P_Bscientes, applying for a graduate school scholarship if you don't have the requisite undergrad degree would be a terrible idea. They'll want to see the transcript, and forever after you'd be risking losing not just the scholarship but your place in the higher degree too, even if you managed to con your whole way through and were awarded it.
