[01:00]	IsambardPrince	Since I could run everything at once, it compressed the time and amount of labor required to approximately an hour whereas you could have pulled that off back in the 90s I suppose, with the oven and the microwave. For soggy potatoes and a couple hours of messing around with pots and pans.
[01:01]	IsambardPrince	The oven has basically "seen its day". For the most part, you do not need it anymore. If I had a newer Instant Pot with the air fryer lid, I wouldn't have even needed the oven as a broiler.
[01:02]	IsambardPrince	Several apartments ago, the only thing that ran on gas was the oven, so I just left the gas off and asked the landlord to remove the oven from the apartment.
[01:02]	IsambardPrince	It was going to cost $25 a month just to leave it connected plus however much gas you used, and I don't use the oven.
