[23:54]	DaemonFC	My cousin let the house fall apart then sold it for like $60,000 to a friend to remodel it. The friend put in some new fixtures and flooring and painted over the mold, and sold it for $160,000.

[23:57]	DaemonFC	They're just charging some people a lot of money to use it. More than they would have paid for a mortgage, except that they can't get a mortgage because Biden screwed the system up and is acting like he's at war with "nuisance fees" while mortgage interest is 7-8%.
