[05:33]	Isambard_Prince	So not wanting to "bet the farm" on any of these people they're unsure about lets them figure out who is going to be a productive customer for the bank.

You won't get anything out of over 99% of the people you try it on, but if you run into even under 1% that pay out, a lot, then you can profit greatly off a scamming operation that's based in a low wage country.
