[06:01]	IsambardPrince	With ACA Medicaid, if you earn just $1 over 138 of the Federal Poverty Line for your household size, you lose Medicaid.
[06:01]	IsambardPrince	When you lose Medicaid, you have to buy a private insurance plan with less coverage and a high deductible.
[06:02]	IsambardPrince	The result is that no rational person would try to earn more than 138% of the FPL unless they could earn a lot more.
