[01:45]	IsambardPrince	So I called today to ubreakifix and reached out to the store manager who reached out to the district manager.

[01:54]	IsambardPrince	The official answer I've got from the google support, was that their Engineering team did a research and found out that it happens because of static electricity, this means that the phone is of poor quality and was poorly engineered.
