Viet Nam: GNU/Linux Rises to 7% (Desktops/Laptops), Windows Falls to 7% (Overall)

Chrome OS (almost always on Chromebooks) isn't big in Viet Nam, but if combined with the above it means that GNU/Linux is now measured at 7% in the country. As for Windows? Well, it sank from 100% to just 7% or less. █
