'Open'AI Looks Like a Company Headed Towards Bankruptcy, Not IPO, Losses Grew Almost Tenfold in a Year (Yes, it's Just a Bubble Facilitated by Artificial Hype)
2023:
This year:
From the article: "The ChatGPT maker could lose as much as $5 billion this year, according to an analysis by The Information, based on previously undisclosed internal financial data..."
'Open'AI loses money hand over fist. It pretends that its growing losses somehow make it a bigger company. That's like a cancer patient bragging about the size of the tumour and how "I'm not dead yet".
This isn't going to end well, especially not for Microsoft.
Part of the ongoing hype effort is making up phony job titles such as "prompt engineer". This is a laughable passing fad.
