The previous and original incarnation of this site, which mostly relied on WordPress, peaked at about 3,600 pages/posts/articles per year. In 2022/23 we approached those levels again for the first time since 2010 (because I had quit my job). Page #5650 was added earlier today and #5649 was the last of the first year. Some time soon we'll tell a few interesting stories about the migration of the old material to the new system. We used programs to convert the WordPress pages into a static archive with nearly 40,000 pages. We still have the full WordPress database, but it's a resource hog to run as a WordPress site (which we ran on a laptop during the conversion period).

5,649 is a lot more than 3,600 (2009/2010), so we've clearly become far more productive.
