The Linux Foundation's promotion of fake security has resulted in much harm for hardly any benefit. We really value Web security, right? So let's weed out proprietary Web browsers and proprietary JavaScript. Google goes in exactly the opposite direction. Mozilla follows. Follow the money. Control, respect, power and money. It's the only language they understand. Users' security goes against these.
