week 41 - shadowplay tarot
oof, it's been an extremely busy one, y'all. full of errands taking me all over the city. idk if i want to get into the details as i'm topping the week off with an epic headache.
but it wasn't all jobs! i'm happy to have squeezed in a day for myself early on in the week. i finally had a date with myself and went downtown to replenish my collage stash and gather some other odds and ends (like thrifted table runners to serve as tarot cloths - in colors to complement my current tarot decks better). it was a resounding success, so much so that both the artsy magazine and the nature book i found got me fired up for a project. i wanted to see if i could complete an entire collaged tarot deck from either of them.

ArcMenu and light gaming
While fussing around and making a 'za I downloaded ruffle for Linux, and can play .swf games now. RaidenX was the first download. Addictive as hell game that is in tribute to Raiden (80s arcade). Soon, Pimps Quest and Shore Acres I & II.

ICON 49 Panels
In the last few years, I've pared back on a lot of the events I've gone to. Mostly it was a combination of money (tale as old as capitalism) but also time commitment (conventions means I ignore parental duties for a weekend which has always been a source of contention). Also, it was the returns of time and effort. As an extrovert, I absolutely love talking to people and having a table to hawk my books is great, but I haven't really written or published anything recently to lure the folks who already have all my books to a table.

Emacs decide-mode 0.10.0 Random Renerators
I just pushed version 0.10.0 of decide-mode to GitHub. It is hopefully reasonably stable. I have an open issue with some reports about things not working well in some Emacs versions.
Anyway this is the current list of examples (not a full list of all features or key-bindings) from the README, that I think sums up quite well what kind of random things are supported now: [...]

pre-apology
I am deleting some entries here. m15o is making a mass-delete option for M.p soon as he says, but until then I am going through one by one and deleting the entry or replacing the entry contents (if replies, it won't let me delete)
