Microsoft Ends Support for Vista 10, So Relative Share of Vista 10 Goes Up, Vista 11 is Down
Microsoft now openly threatens users that unless they buy a new PC, no more Vista 11 for you...
What should be expected to happen?
Would people flock to the shop?
Would businesses rush to 'upgrade' to Vista 11?
The data suggests the opposite is happening, so Vista 11 is down again (relative to other versions of Windows). Android has nearly 50% of the market (up sharply this month, along with GNU/Linux).
Why aren't IBM and Canonical taking advantage of this to promote GNU/Linux? Why did they not condemn Microsoft for sabotaging Fedora and Ubuntu PCs using the typical UEFI vandalism? █
