IN case you've not yet left Social Control Media (including Instagram and Facebook), you should. It's a manipulation tool, not media, and it's intended to mislead people. That's what it derives profit from. To Britain it gave 'Brexit', which harmed the local economy and still harms it.
2025 is over a day away and it's a good opportunity to make a new year's resolution: quit Social Control Media. All of it. Don't wait for Facebook (or "Meta") to have its "Musk moment" (like Twitter). That already happened months ago (see reports above). █
