Still Waiting for the EU to Abolish the Illegal and Unconstitutional Court Linked to EPO Corruption and Lobbyism by the Patent Litigation Industry

UPC is not legal

NOTHING has changed when it comes to the illegality of the UPC. If anything, more recent scandals ("long arm") truly served to remind us that if society enables illegal 'courts', then it's bound to get worse as the illegal and unconstitutional judges will feel way above the law and therefore try to become "masters of the universe". This is corruption. It's EPO corruption spreading outwards to the EU - part of a worrying trend. The corruption has spread to courts, too. Corporations now control those kangaroo courts. Some judges work directly for these corporations.

This isn't legal, but they try to paint as 'eurosceptic' (or worse labels) people who just ask rational questions.

Sadly, all the blogs that used to talk about those issues have been infiltrated and then completely hijacked by the very perpetrators of the illegality. That includes IP Kat. Juve got paid by Team UPC (those who profit from the illegality) to constantly do reputation laundering and spam, in effect enabling the white-collar crime, making it seem honorable and acceptable.

Need we remind readers that Team UPC is so corrupt and vain that it sent several threats my way? They tried extortion against people who merely pointed out that they had done illegal things. They even tried to use "copyrights" for extortion (as nothing was factually incorrect; they got this desperate).

We will never capitulate to extortion artists. We never did, we never will.
