How-To Geek Sort of Supersedes MakeUseOf (MUO) for GNU/Linux Coverage
LAST September we wrote about how How-To Geek had become very active and prolific when it comes to GNU/Linux coverage. We're happy to say this has not changed at all (Bertel King is back, even Jim Hall of FreeDOS fame is there.) Their sister site xda-developers.com has been covering "Linux" more than in prior years and some writers from MakeUseOf (MUO) have been migrated to a sister publication [1, 2, 3], which means they can do the same in another domain (for the same company).
In an age of LLM slop it's nice to see - and of course not take for granted - people who write detailed articles about GNU/Linux. How-To Geek has this combined RSS feed for "Linux" and many of the relevant stories get curated into Tux Machines, which has this extremely popular feed. █
