HAVING just mentioned Windows in Asia, consider the intriguing situation in Maharlika, where GNU/Linux apparently rose from 1% to 5% in only a couple of years.

Does Microsoft even care about poor countries? Or does it rely on government contracts and blank cheques from taxpayers? █
