3 Out of 4 in Cuba Use Linux to Access the Web
Maybe change does come about...
40 years ago (it'll be exactly 40 some time later this month) Richard Stallman published the GNU Manifesto [1, 2]. A lot has changed since then, even if most people call that "Linux" or "Android" or "Google" (which uses GNU/Linux almost everywhere).
It's hard to ignore this year's trend in Cuba:
Windows is down to 12%. In desktops/laptops, GNU/Linux is about 1 in 10:
There will be many more "Cubas". █
