When You Expose Corporate Crimes, Misconduct and Lies They Harasses and Troll You. Then You Write About the Harassment and Trolling and They Allege It's "All Personal".
"Corporate personhood" is what emerges when politically-involved companies claim or pretend to be a person; then they try to claim to inherit or already possess the same rights as actual persons. They can even start hiding behind online militants who commit crimes online/offline. The aim isn't just aggravation but censorship. Those who do the dirty work might not even be aware of it; they can be manipulated (e.g. egged on) through various communication channels, such as social control "media". We saw this several years ago with ritual defamation against Richard Stallman and - by extension - the FSF, which he had founded.
The FSF is a famous example of all this; various "social justice" causes were weaponised against the FSF [1, 2], which is (and was) already very moral.
Here in Techrights we've long observed the trolls' behaviour; we see a longstanding pattern of overt misogyny, or advocacy of threats and violence towards women (in some religions, such as these lawyers', this is even considered acceptable to an extent).
Since we've brought up Americans' "guns for hire" (who even target women), we cannot help but wonder; when did this firm start representing such brutal people? Was it before it was running out of money?
We're happy with the position we're in, at least in the sense that we finally hold accountable one troll who has harassed and defamed us for 13 years [1, 2] and deal with his Microsoft ally whose credibility is less than that of a toilet roll. He should be in prison and facing judges, he's just projecting to victims and people who report his behaviour in the public interest (and as much-needed caution to future people, especially women).
As always, and without any exceptions, Techrights will stand firm and protect women's safety. █
